CANCELLATION POLICY:
Our patients are the most important part of our practice. This cancellation policy is put in place for our patients. Our appointments are reserved just for you. Related to this, we want you to understand that it is also a potential appointment for someone else who may have wanted that particular time. As a courtesy to our providers and to other patients, we ask that you provide our office a minimum of 24 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If an appointment is not canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of appointment time, or a no-show, you will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee.
LATE ARRIVALS POLICY:
If a patient arrives more than 15 minutes late to their scheduled appointment, the session will be deemed infeasible and will need to be rescheduled. A cancellation fee of $50 will be charged for appointments canceled due to late arrival beyond the 15-minute grace period. We reserve the right to refuse future appointments to any patient who repeatedly demonstrates disregard for our cancellation policy.
PAYMENT AND GRATUITY POLICY:
Payment for all individual treatments are due at the time of treatment, and all packages must be paid in full at the time of the first treatment . All services are final sale; there are no refunds or credits issued for any services including, but not limited to IV Services, Botox, Dysport, any Juvederm product, Restylane, facials treatments and all skin care products. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and CareCredit; we do not accept checks. Because our practice is limited to elective aesthetic medicine, we do not bill insurance. All prices are subject to change without notice. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex. Gratuity is not included in service pricing and may be added to credit card charges or Cash at time of check out. Gratuity for your service provider is optional and left to the discretion of each patient at the time of appointment.
HSA/FSA POLICY:
Ideal Beauty Med Spa accepts payments from Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for eligible healthcare expenses incurred by employees and their dependents.
CARECREDIT POLICY:
Ideal Beauty Med Spa accepts CareCredit as a form of payment for spa services rendered. CareCredit is a healthcare credit card designed to help clients finance their healthcare expenses, including elective cosmetic treatments and spa services. Clients interested in using CareCredit to finance their spa services can apply for a CareCredit card online or through the CareCredit mobile app. The application process typically involves a credit check, and approval is subject to CareCredit's terms and conditions. When paying with CareCredit, clients will be required to provide their CareCredit card information at the time of payment. Ideal Beauty Med Spa will process the payment through the CareCredit platform, and clients may be asked to sign a receipt or authorization form as proof of payment.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are not given on services rendered due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments. Aesthetic results are variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome it cannot always be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for further treatments needed to achieve further results.
PROVIDER REQUESTS
We respect that you want to be seen by a specific provider but we may not always be able to meet special requests due to illness and unforeseen schedule changes. We will try to call you if any changes need to be made.
